The problem is that unborn children eventually get born and must live in the actual world. In this sense, "pro-lifers" are like the baby daddies of the spiritual world: full of promised love for the abstraction, and nowhere to be found when the kid shows up. They don't want to deal with the fact that some children in this country grow up starved of love, and warped by poverty.

Yup, there are crazies on both sides. Do you mean to say that you think all extremists are the problem? I would have to say you are correct. But, go figure...

Yeh, so I guess that means we should just kill them all. Oh, wait, there are all of those adoption agencies, official and 'unofficial' and all of those couples who can't have babies that really, really, REALLY want to have babies who can't afford to go through the scientific hoops and procedures of invitro and all. Yeh, I guess you're right. We should just carve em up and suck em out and throw em away. That's us extremists. We're the one's that don't give a shit.
